Our Inspiration
Meet David 🐾
David is a miniature Whoodle — small in size, enormous in spirit. He's the kind of dog who doesn't just ride shotgun. He takes the wheel.
Whether it's a boat, a truck, a trail, or a new adventure — David is all in, every single time. He's got the energy of a puppy, the confidence of a pack leader, and the heart of someone who just genuinely loves being alive.
David is a certified registered Emotional Support Animal (ESA). He didn't inspire Pack Ride Adventures because he was sad. He inspired it because he was built for more — and Cody knew it.
He's not just the mascot. He's the reason. 🐾
The Bond That Built This
Dogs don't understand work schedules. They don't know why you leave or when you're coming back. All they know is that you're gone — and the house is quiet — and the hours feel like forever.
David taught Cody that the worst thing you can do to a dog isn't yell at them or forget their dinner. It's leave them with nothing to do and no one to do it with.
Every dog that joins Pack Ride Adventures is treated like David — not as a customer's pet, but as someone's whole world.
The Founder
Meet Cody 🚐
Cody Devold is the founder of Pack Ride Adventures. He spent six years owning and running a restaurant and then built his own delivery company from the ground up — managing routes, logistics, and customer service for two years.
He also brings hands-on canine expertise through his work with the ICAP (Incarcerated Canine Assistance Program) — where he learned canine care, behavior evaluation, and positive reinforcement training under Assistance Dogs International accreditation standards.
Pack Ride Adventures is the promise Cody made to David: no more waiting. No more empty days. Just adventure. 🐾
Our Partner: Dave
Dave is the visionary who made Pack Ride Adventures possible. By opening his property in Wisconsin Dells, he gave us the perfect home — private land with trails, play areas, and water access where dogs can thrive. Dave's wife Kim — an award-winning dog author, trainer, and former managing editor of Dog World magazine — brings deep canine expertise that directly shapes how we run the pack.
